Returns and Exchange Policy for WILYMI

1. Return Eligibility
You may return or exchange your jewelry items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as you received them.

We must receive accurate tracking numbers to ensure orders are returned to us safely. All return orders must be marked with a value under $100 USD.
2. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange
To initiate a return/exchange, please follow these steps:

Contact us via our form here with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back your item.

Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during shipping.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

WILYMI Jewelry Co will cover the expense of shipping an exchange item back to you - your only cost is getting the parcel back to us. Are you sure you want to offer this? You could always say offer discounted shipping
4. Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please initiate a return as outlined above, and then place a new order for the item you want. The new item must be of equal or greater value than the original purchase. We will charge the difference.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the shipping costs for returns due to damage or defects.
