1. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING over $150 before taxes.

Within USA:
$12

Within CANADA:
Ontario Standard Mail: $12

Ontario Express Mail: $20

All Other Provinces Standard: $25

All Other Provinces Express:  $30

International Flat rate: $30

 

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 week of purchase.  Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.  You can use this number to track your shipment on our website or the carrier’s site.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the USA, Canada, and all International Countries.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us at info@WILYMI.com so we can assist you in resolving the issue.

6. Damaged or Lost Items

In the rare event that your item is damaged during shipping or goes missing, please reach out to us within 14 days of receipt for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

7. Changes to Your Order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@WILYMI.com.  Custom orders are not eligible for refund/exchange.  Once an order has been processed for shipping, we cannot make changes.  With all regular orders we will do our best to accommodate any change requests.

8. International Duties and Taxes

For international orders, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply.  These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will vary by country.
